I paid for the Pro subscription, but I am still on Free and limited to 42 messages
Please make sure you are logged in with the same email address you used to pay for the subscription. If you are logged in with a different email address, please log out and log back in with the correct email address.
If you do not remember which email you used, look for the payment receipt. It should be an email titled "Your receipt from Veralex". If you cannot find it, please check your spam folder.
If you are logged in with the correct email address and still see the Free plan, please log out and log back in. This should refresh your subscription status.
